The Milk Chug: Cool Cats Animated Trailer Released


Cool Cats,
an on-the-rise storytelling brand is about to launch their debut animated series The Milk Chug. The series is coming to YouTube and will mark a significant expansion of their animated universe. Cool Cats are teaming up with the Emmy-Award-winning animation studio Titmouse (Star Trek Lower Decks, The Venture Bros.)  The partnership combines Titmouse's animation expertise with Cool Cats beloved characters, brought to life in a distinctive style that seamlessly captures the captures the charm, humor, and heart of the beloved Blue Cat, Chugs and friends.

The official trailer drops today, with the full 13-episode series premiering on September 26, 2024, exclusively on Cool Cats’ YouTube channel.

Named after their coffee shop, The Milk Chug follows the adventures of Blue Cat and his friends, who over the past decade have procured a global fandom across various mediums and types of content. The animated series is the ultimate culmination of their journey to date. Today Dana Snyder (Aqua Teen Hunger Force) and Natasha Leggero (Ugly Americans) have been announced as joining the voice cast. They join  Zeno Robinson (Dragon Ball Super, The Owl House) as Blue Cat, Dan Stevens (Solar Opposites) as Ardi, and Maggie Lawson (Psych, Lethal Weapon) as Jo. 



Executive Producers include Clon, the creator of Cool Cats, Shara Senderoff, Maggie Lawson, and Dylan Flinn. The series direction is from Titmouse veteran Parker Simmons, acclaimed for his work on Mao Mao: Heroes of Pure Heart.

“They say if you love what you do, you'll never work a day in your life. If that's the case, me and the team are going to jail for extreme wage theft, because making these cartoons was an absolute joy!,” said Simmons.

Each episode will be released via the Cool Cats YouTube channel, ensuring free and easy access to fans worldwide.
