Final 'Attack On Titan' Special To Air This November
Endings are tough. When it finally comes time to bring a beloved story to its conclusion, it's hard to do so in a way that will work for everyone. The next series about to meet its climax is the hit anime Attack On Titan. Will it be an ending that satisfies the majority of fans or will it join the ranks of series that failed to stick the landing?
We don't have long to wait. The series will finally come to an end in Attack on Titan Final Season THE FINAL CHAPTERS Special 2. The special will stream exclusively on Crunchyroll in more than 200 countries and territories on November 4 or 5 (dependent on time zone differences check here from November 3)
The second half of the epic conclusion will finally bring fans the finale they have been waiting for. The special will be available in the United States and Canada; Europe; the Middle East and North Africa; Latin America; Australia and New Zealand; and select territories in Southeast Asia. It will also be available on Hulu in the United States.
Attack On Titan is based on the hit manga written and illustrated by Hajime Isayama, published by Kodansha with more than 100 million copies sold worldwide. Set in a world where humanity has retreated to walled cities to protect themselves from the Titans- gigantic grotesque man-eaters that have taken over the rest of the world. The series follows Eren Yeager, his adopted 'sister' Mikasa Ackerman and his friend Armin Arlert as they join the Survey Corp to take the fight to the Titans and to get vengeance for those they have lost.
THE FINAL CHAPTERS Special 2 is directed by Yuichiro Hayashi (Dorohedoro; Kakegurui) and directed by MAPPA, also known for animating Jujutsu Kaisen, Chainsaw Man and Vinland Saga Season 2.
