Crunchyroll Adding 15 Dragon Ball Movies to Streaming


Streaming site Crunchyroll is known for hosting thousands of anime TV series. But it also boasts an increasing number of movies. Many of which are spun off from beloved series.

And you don't get much more beloved than the Dragon Ball series. Crunchyroll has announced that they will be adding 15 movies from the franchise to their catalogue. The films will span from the very first Dragon Ball Z movie 1989's Dead Zone to the first Dragon Ball Super movie 2019's Broly.

The movies will drop in three batches, with the first out now, the second on June 29 and the third on July 6. The thirteen movies released on June 22 and June 29 will stream with stream with English, Brazilian Portuguese, and Latin American Spanish subtitles in the United States, Canada, Latin America, Australia, and New Zealand.  Dragon Ball Resurrection F and Dragon Ball Super: Broly will stream with English, German, and French subtitles, and English, German and French dub audio in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, German-speaking European countries, French-speaking European countries, and Africa.

The movies add to Crunchyroll's Dragon Ball collection which includes 153 episodes of Dragonball, 291 episodes of Dragon Ball Z, 64 episodes of Dragon Ball GT  and 131 episodes of Dragon Ball Super.

Dragon Ball Z: Dead Zone (Directed by Daisuke Nishio)

Dragon Ball Z: World's Strongest (Directed by Daisuke Nishio)

Dragon Ball Z: Tree of Might (Directed by Daisuke Nishio )
