Crunchyroll Announces New Movies Coming To Streaming
Crunchyroll are known for having an unrivalled library of anime series. But the streamer also offers an impressive catalogue of movies that includes Akira, Demon Slayer Kimetsu No Yaiba: Mugen Train, Jujutsu No Kaisen 0, Sword Of The Stranger and more.
The site has announced that it's set to bring even more anime features to subscribers this April. Recent cinema releases include including That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime The Movie: Scarlet Bond, The Quintessential Quintuplets Movie, and Mobile Suit Gundam Cucuruz Doan's Island. Additionally, a few titles that have never streamed outside of Japan will also be added including To Every You I’ve Loved Before, and To Me, The One Who Loved You.
That Time I Got Reincarnated as A Slime is a brand new standalone story set after the second season of the TV series it's based on. The Quintessential Quintuplets Movie is a conclusion to the two-season romantic comedy. Mobile Suit Gundam Cucuruz Doan’s Island is an expanded edition of the 15th episode of the original 1979 Mobile Suit Gundam TV series.
To Every You I’ve Loved Before, and To Me, The One Who Loved You together tell interwoven stories that take place in parallel worlds, but each offer unique perspectives. This will be the first time that both films are available to stream outside of Japan after their original cinema releases. Crunchyroll held simultaneous premieres at Sakura Con and Anime Boston this year.
