Watch This: 2022 Oscar Nominees Breakdown Of An Animated Scene

We are now just days from the biggest event in the awards calendar- The Academy Awards- otherwise known as the Oscars. Ahead of the big show, the Academy has been putting out videos that celebrate the various nominees. In the Best Animated Feature category, they have released a breakdown of a key scene from each of the five nominees.

The videos feature Jared Bush and Byron Howard on Encanto, Enrico Casarosa on Luca, Carlos López Estrada and Fawn Veerasunthorn on Raya And The Last Dragon, Jonas Poher Rasmussen on Flee and Mike Rianda on The Mitchells Vs The Machines.

Each video gives us an insight into the filmmaking process that went into producing each scene, and are must-sees for anyone interested in the craft of animation. We wouldn't recommend watching a video for a nominee you haven't watched yet, as it may be considered a spoiler!
