Attack On Titan: The Final Season, Part 2 Arrives in January
Season four was subtitled The Final Season, and audiences were surprised that the final episode did not wrap up the story. It was then announced that there was actually going to be a second part to the season that will bring the series to its end. The final season saw animation production shift from Wit Studio who had produced the series so far to Mappa.
Attack On Titan: The Final Season, Part 2 has been revealed to return in January 2022. The series will stream on Crunchyroll, Funimation subtitled in eight languages, available in more than 200 countries and territories worldwide from January 9. For US viewers, the series will also stream on Hulu.
The series will pick up where the first half left off, and episode 76 and will see the war for Paradis explode and the lines between friends and enemies become ever more blurred.
Although not mentioned in the announcement, Funimation will almost certainly confirm an English dub will debut at a later date. It's not yet clear how many episodes the new part will contain.
