The AFA Podcast Interview: Remi Chayé (Writer-Director 'Calamity')
We're back with another edition of The AFA Podcast Interviews (twice in one week?-We're spoiling you!) This time Evan Vernon got to speak with French filmmaker Remi Chayé (assistant director on The Secret Of Kells, director Long Way North) ahead of the (online) US premiere of his new film Calamity (aka Calmity Jane) as part of the Animation First festival.
Animation First will host the United States premiere of Calamity on the
Festival's opening night, February 5. Chayé will also be a guest
of the festival and will take place in a live talk on February 6 discussing
the production of the film. The festival will also screen Chayé's
previous film Long Way North. Calamity will be
released in the US later this year.
