Another week, another list of new animated releases! It's a good week to be an old-school anime fan in the United States. New titles
Dancouga, Locke The Superman and another
Lupin III movie will keep the retro fans happy. Curio
Osamu Tezuka's A Thousand And One Nights also makes its US debut (read our review of the film alongside the later
Cleopatra,
here). Those who prefer their anime to have been made this millennium are also
catered for, with newer releases including
Stars Align, Azur Lane and
Demon Slayer Kimetsu no Yaiba.
UK fans this week will be able to own acclaimed anime auteur
Masaaki Yuasa's latest opus Ride Your Wave and can pick between
standard and collector's edition. Also making its UK debut is the first
release in a new set of Steelbook collector's editions of the original uncut
Dragon Ball Z.
