All The Animation You Can Watch On HBO Max Now [Updated]

May 27 is the day that HBO Max, WarnerMedia's streaming service launches in the US. It's pricier than its competitors ($14.99 a month) but will also be included as standard for all existing HBO or HBO Now subscribers.  We've speculated about what it will offer animation fans in the long term, but what will you get if you subscribe now?

WarnerMedia probably has the most impressive animation library outside of Disney, but only a modest selection will be available at launch. There's some classics from day one though, with the likes of Adventure Time,  The Iron Giant, Rick and Morty and Samurai Jack in the launch line-up.

Plus even more excitingly, there's the first 10 episodes of the new Looney Tunes Cartoons and HBO Max is the only place you can stream the Studio Ghibli collection in the US.
