Out This Week: 'Frozen II', 'Penguin Highway' ,'Steven Universe', 'City Hunter' and More

Prepare to head into the unknown as the second highest-grossing animated film of all time (sorry not sorry Disney, The Lion King is animated) hits home entertainment in the US. Frozen 2 arrives alongside the usual assortment of anime, which this week includes old-school anime classic City Hunter. The UK gets a standard release from the charming anime feature Penguin Highway, a new combi edition of acclaimed teen drama A Silent Voice and a complete first season collection of Steven Universe.
