Welcome To The New AFA
Well, hello there lovely people. You might have noticed... something is a little different around here. Today we are launching the brand new, shinier version 2.0 (or should that be 3.0? I've lost track to be honest..) of Animation For Adults!
It's the most complete overhaul of the site since we first launched at the end of 2013. It's not just cosmetic though, you should find that the experience of using the site is now much more pleasant and everything runs faster. And perhaps most importantly of all, the new template is completely dynamic and will adapt to desktop, mobile or tablet. Those of you who visit us on your smartphone, in particular, should notice a significantly more user-friendly experience. And not before time.
We've been working behind the scenes on this for some time and have tried to get it the best we can before launching it. Still, though we would expect there could be the odd teething problem. So do let us know if you run into any problems. And let us know what you think of the new design!
You may also notice we have a brand new section AFA Gaming! We are launching increased coverage of games and VR as they increasingly become a key part of the animation industry. Look out for more of our plans with this as we go forward, but you can read more about in on our About Us page. Our gaming section is going to be edited by our awesomely talented US Editor Rachael Ward so I know it's going to be something special!
In the meantime, please enjoy the new AFA (which will, of course, continue to bring you the same animation goodness) and be sure to give us your feedback!
