'The Venture Bros' Season 6 Comes to Adult Swim this Month

Long before Rick and Morty,  The Venture Bros. was Adult Swim's  stand-out original series. The show's deep mythology and brilliant writing has built it quite the following since it first aired way back in 2003. The series is also infamous for the length of time it keeps fans waiting between seasons- the last one aired in 2013. It's something of a pleasant surprise to hear that Team Venture will return a little earlier than anticipated- with the new season arriving January 31st on Adult Swim.

It was previously announced that the sixth season would air in 2016, but with no more specific date up until now, fans were left to speculate. The network has confirmed that the show will return Sunday January 31st at midnight  ET/PT. The season will span eight episodes.




The Venture Bros follows former child genius Thaddeus Venture and his idiot sons Hank and Dean and is the brainchild of Jackson Publick. Adult Swim previously released the season six trailer which you can check out below.
