And the hit videogame series Jump Stars has allowed them to live out these fantasies for quite some time. These games has never made the journey to the west, however- until now.
Shonen Jump's J-Stars Victory VS+ is an updated version of the latest version of the game for Playstation 3, PS4 and Vita, and is available now from Bandai Namco Games in the US and Europe. Players can control over 50 characters from more than 30 Shonen Jump manga and anime series including Dragon Ball Z, One Piece, Fist Of the North Star, Naruto, Bleach, and many more.
Bandai Namco have brought a number of other manga and anime based games westwards, with previous successes including Naruto, One Piece and of course the ever popular Dragon Ball Z. You can see the game in action in the trailers below.
